CIL has set the following goals to reach its mission
a) Establish and strengthen IL centers as the key mediators of government to implement IL programs.
b) Get a positive and completely responsible state and society for the promotion and development of IL Programs.
c) Get adoption of anti discriminatory laws, policies regarding the rights of PWDs and its effective implementation.
