CIL-Kathmandu has set the following goals to reach its mission

• Establish and strengthen IL centers as the key mediators of government to implement IL programs.
• Get a positive and completely responsible state and society for the promotion and development of IL Programs.
• Get adoption of anti discriminatory laws, policies regarding the rights of PWDs and its effective implementation.
